I could count the number of stars of color in attendance at the 2010 Emmy’s on my fingers, and still have fingers to spare. But that’s another post, for another day! Although there wasn’t much Black star power at the Emmy’s to cover, two starlets did manage to wow me. If you’ve been reading this blog for long, you know that I LOVE a bold, red lip. Beauty News: Laila Ali to Debut Line of Hair and Skin Care Products

According to the August issues of both Essence and Ebony magazines, professional boxer Laila Ali will soon be releasing a line of hair and skin care products. From the little info out on the lines, the glamorous athlete did her research when formulating the products! The items in the Laila Ali Professional Hair Care line will be sulfate-free (which is great in preventing dryness), and contain shea butter, hydrolyzed wheat protein, acai and gogi berries.
